Depending on your age and your interests sex is always a delightful way to pass your time.

Komagome Kenko Center - A senior citizen's club for those who want to meet and interact with others with similar interests, almost like a private club. Mostly oral play, less ketsumanko fun.

Ueno, Asakusa, and Shinjuku Dai Oban Kaikan. A somewhat younger crowd, very eager, seems like less social interaction than at Komaken. The people at the Ueno shop, where I had my experience are quite "vigorous", erect, and eager.

If that is not your interest may I suggest joining an organization that works for a community need or interest. Helping others is a great way to spend your free time and help yourself.
