自分には想像ができない程、辛い毎日を送ってると思いますが、どうか与えられた命を無駄にしないで生きてください。
今は医療も日進月歩で進んでいますから。
いつかHIVの完全なる治療薬もできるかもしれませんし。
頑張る必要なんてないですが、そんなに自分を責める必要もありません。

Yes I am on medication. Currently Genvoya, I take it once a day with my evening meal. My blood tests are fine, HIV is undetectable, there are no side effects.

I am alive and well, nothing painful.

歯茎から出血していたのに、
ポジの人をしゃぶって感染してしまった（あとからポジである事を知らされた）ということでしょうか。
自分は、バックで種を受けまくっていました。

It depends on many factors.

For me it was sucking a guy who told me he was positive after he finished. I did not know I had bleeding gums and got it that way.

Other than to suck I always used condom.
